“ IBJ” is a trading name of MR. Jegatheeban Balasingam who founded this practice in 2010. The director of the firm works together with a team to provide a quality building design professional service.
We believe we have the experience to manage a various range of building projects to complete through architectural design and structural design to get planning and building regulation approval. The practice is able to provide management for construction projects from giving advice, full design and site inspection to project completion. We maintain our client at heart of their project. The practice retains with satisfied and happy clients. The good relationship we have with clients to provide a personal service ensuring that quality service is provided and requirements are met.
